apache custom userdir patch

This patch modifies the existing ABS-based PKGBUILD of Apache and enables userdirs with the '/u/' prefix.
It does not disable the traditional tilde-style userdirs.

The '2.2' folder contains the patches for Apache 2.2, while the '2.4' folder contains the patches for Apache 2.4.
